Each organization on Sideline operates under its own subdomain and manages its own teams, players, and finances independently. Sideline acts as a technology provider, not as the organization itself.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Payment processing is handled through Stripe. By making a payment through the Service:
Sideline charges a platform fee on each transaction processed through the Service, in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). The platform fee varies by subscription tier:
Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Starter (free) tier at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Organizations connect their own Stripe accounts to receive payments directly. Sideline facilitates the payment flow but does not hold funds on behalf of organizations. Each organization is responsible for their own Stripe account, tax reporting, and compliance.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sideline and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIDELINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Organizations retain ownership of all data they create or upload to the Service, including player information, registration records, financial data, and communications. Sideline does not claim ownership of your organization's data. Upon termination or account deletion, you may request an export of your data by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
